Conference Registration fee includes all educational sessions, luncheon, beverage breaks, continental breakfast, reception, etc.

Non Member Early Bird (before December 31st): $500
Non-Member Rate (beginning January 1st): $550
Guest Rate - Non Education: $200
Student Rate: FREE!
Attendees are welcome to bring guests. Please note the number of guests who will be attending on the reservation form. If guests attend the conference, the full conference fee will apply!
